Story  Line  :
The Carol Full Movie is Dirrected by Todd Haynes and Written by Phyllis Nagy (screenplay), Patricia Highsmith (novel) . The Stars of this Movie are Rooney Mara, Sarah Paulson, Cate Blanchett .
Set in 1950s New York, a department-store clerk who dreams of a improved life falls for an older, married woman .Carol's nothing short of incredible . It's story is one of the best romances i've seen put on the big monitor. What I love is how no one makes it a big fuzz about the two lovers being females. It's treated with the same reverence as any other romantic comedy, and it's done improved than most of them.

These stories are at all times about just one thing to believe that the storyline is quite easy. The two women have fallen into a fixed blockade on their falling in love with each other, but it seems that they are the most multifaceted characters and their polar opposites of each other complications. Screenwriter, Phyllis Nagy of his late friend, the writer, Patricia Highsmith book worshiping a great movie it is obviously felt like it was done and how greatly is captured with the screen, just as we see in our day, though, if there was any familiar heteronormative motion picture.
However, Blanchett whips the movie from below her feet in the second half. She litters the primary half of the movie with nuanced hints and clues to her past desires, also communicate so much with very small. She's elusive, but Mara is a key source of conspiracy at that point due to the honesty in her performance and unforeseen dry wit. Once Carol is under pressure to deal with her own interior conflicts, Blanchett is on fire and burns the house down with her eventual rebuttal of the accusations next to her. Kyle Chandler, her suffering husband quickly to be ex-husband, shows such painful suffering in his brief outbursts. It's a measured presentation that anchors the film and the stakes of the relationships. Every presentation of the ensemble – from extras to bit parts – are delivering among their finest work.

Cate Blanchett as per usual is marvellous in this position. She is THE Carol that I have read in the book and she handles her nature with such agility, going from steely cold and unapproachable to a hopeless romantic/fervent lover and then to a distracted mother fighting for her child with such grace and poise. Rooney Mara on the other hand is rather mesmerizing in this although I am sure I could imagine somebody else as Therese too if I wanted. It is almost certainly the fault with the character as it dwarfs opposite Carol. The supporting actors are worth mentioning too as Kyle Chandler and Sarah Paulson never be unsuccessful to impress each time they are on screen albeit how little screen time they both had.
