Story Line :

 Our Brand Is Crisis Full Movie is Dirrected by David Gordon Green and Written by Peter Straughan (screenplay), Rachel Boynton (documentary) . The Stars of this Movie are Sandra Bullock, Billy Bob Thornton, Anthony Mackie .A battle-hardened American political counselor is sent to help re-elect a notorious president in Bolivia, where she must fight with a long-term rival operational for another candidate.His broad spectrum of possibilities seems to have confused screenwriter Peter Straughan (the excellent Tinker Tailor fighter Spy) who used Rachel Boynton's 2005 documentary of the same name as motivation. It seems to be both a funny side that's not too funny and a comedy that not very dramatic. Casting Sandra Bullock in the lead almost certainly created a certain feeling of sanctuary with the filmmakers , as they unspecified audiences would snicker along at such imaginative moments as her predictable pratfall from a personal jet, the sunglasses-on-the-nose look of consternation, and the rah-rah speech approved to a group of movement volunteers who don't speak English. Even fans of Ms. Bullock will distinguish the laziness.

In 2002, Bolivian politician Pedro Gallo hires American James Carville's political consulting firm, Greenberg Carville Shrum, to help him win the 2002 Bolivian presidential election. GCS brings in Jane Bodine to control the campaign in Bolivia. Battling her arch vengeance, the opposition's political advisor Pat Candy, Bodine effectively uses American political campaign strategies to lead Gallo to victory next to Victor Rivera.
"Our Brand Is Crisis" opened countrywide this weekend, and even though I had my doubts that it could live up to the creative documentary, I nevertheless determined to check it out. The Saturday matinée screening where I saw this at here in Cincinnati was nicely attended, somewhat to my surprise to be honest. If you haven't seen the 2005 documentary of the same name, I would powerfully encourage you to check that out previous to you see this. Even though the particulars in the documentary are now 13 years old, it remains a must-see movie about politics and campaigning. The 2015 story bound version is not a must-see, but it makes for an attractive exercise to compare the documentary against the fictional description.
